FlashChargr ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store and website, including all related content, features, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information, and how you can access or correct it or make a complaint. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy applies to how we handle your personal information.

What personal information we collect

"Personal information" means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following:

  • Order and transaction information: the products you view, add to your cart, buy, return or exchange, and your order history.
  • Payment information: payment method and confirmation details. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

  • suppliers, fulfilment and shipping partners who pack and deliver your order
